Abstract
저자들은 최근 유방 초음파 소견상 염증성 유방암과 구분이 되지 않는 소견을 보인 위암에
서 전이된 유방암을 경험하였으므로 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고한다. 병변은 유방 초음파 소견
상 염증성 유방암의 소견과 유사하나 경계가 좋지 않은 혼합에코의 종괴로 보였으며 생검으
로 확진되었다.
#초록#
We encountered a patient with a breast mass which had metastasized from gastric
carcinoma representing as an inflammatory carcinoma on ultrasonography. We described
the radiologic and clinical features, and review the literature. The patient had advanced
gastric carcinoma and breast ultrasonography demonstrated the presence of very
ill-defined, infiltrating, and mixed echoic lesions indistinguishable from findings of
primary inflammatory breast carcinoma. Metastatic gastric adenocarcinoma was
confirmed pathologically.
