Abstract
상대정맥증후군에서의 측부순환혈관은 매우 다양한 양상으로 발현되며 이들은 대부분 체
순환 정맥을 경유하여 하대정맥으로 연결된다. 저자들은 수술 후 림프절 전이에 의해 유발
된 상대정맥증후군에서 측부순환혈관으로 형성된 체순환정맥과 폐정맥 사이의 우좌단락 1예
를 경험하여 이에 대한 CT 및 방사성동위원소 정맥촬영술 소견을 보고하고자 한다.

In patients with superior vena cava syndrome, the form of the collateral circulatory
system which communicates with the inferior vena cava via various systemic veins
usually varices. We found an instance of unusual collateral circulation : direct
communication between the systemic and pulmonary vein in a woman with superior
vena cava syndrome caused by metastatic lymph node enlargement. In this report, we
describe the CT and radionuclide venographic findings.
