Abstract
저자들은 최근 병리조직학적 소견과 잘 일치되는 자기공명영상소견을 보이는 황색육아종
성 담낭염을 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다. 자기공명영상에서 담석과 담낭벽의
미만성 비후와 함께 담낭벽내에 T1강조영상과 T2강조영상에서 고신호 강도를 보이는 다수
의 결절이 보였으며, 이는 병리조직학적으로 황색육아종으로 판명되었다.

We describe a case of xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis in which there was close
correlation between MR and histopathological finding and review the previous literature.
On both T1-and T2-weighted MR images, multiple gallstones and diffuse wall
thickening of the gallbladder were seen, with multiple hyperintense intra-mural nodules.
The nodules were pathologically confirmed as xanthogranuloma.
