Abstract
영아의 장간막에서 발견된 염증성 가성종양은 매우 드문 질환으로 국외 문헌상 간혹 보고
된 바가 있으나 국내에서는 아직 보고가 없다. 저자들은 영아의 장간막에서 발생한 염증성
가성종양을 보고한다. 복부초음파검사상 풍부한 혈관을 가진 비균일한 고형종괴로 보이며,
복구 CT상 조영되지 않는 저밀도음영과 불균일하고 강하게 조영증강되는 음영이 혼합된 거
대한 종괴였다.

Mesenteric inflammatory pseudotumor in infants is a rare disease entity. To our
knowledge, only scattered reports of this condition have appeared in the literature in
English and there is no previously published report in Korean. We describe a case of
mesenteric inflammatory pseudotumor in an infant. Ultrasonography revealed an
inhomogeneous solid mass with hypervascularity, contrast-enhanced CT showed a large,
inhomogeneous mass with ill defined hypo and hyperattenuated areas.
