Abstract
구인두에 위치한 제 4형의 제 2 새열낭종은 매우 드문 질환으로 1예를 경험하여 문헌 고찰
과 함께 보고하고자 한다.전산화단층촬영에서 우측 구인두 점막에 국한된 테두리만 조영되는
균일한 저음영의 낭성 종괴로 보였다.구강내 절제술을 시행하였고 구인두에 위치한 제 2 새
열낭종으로 확진되었다.
We report a very rare type of second branchial cleft cyst located at the oropharynx, and include a review of the literature. CT scans of the neck revealed a homogeneous non-enhancing low-density mass in the right pos-terolateral mucosal wall of
the
oropharynx. Only the peripheral capsule of the mass was enhanced. The cyst was resected perorally and proved to be a type-IV second branchial cleft cyst.
