Abstract
발달성 전장낭종(developmental foregut cysts;bronchogenic,esophageal,gastroenteric and
pericardial cysts)은 흔히 종격동을 포함한 흉강내에서 발견되는 것으로,드물게 상복부에 생
겨 부신,췌장,신장 및 위에서 기원한 종양과 유사하게 보일 수 있다.저자들은 최근 후복강의
낭성종양처럼 보였던 위체부근층내에 발생한 기관지원성낭종 1예를 경험하였기에 전산화단층
촬영(CT)소견과 병리조직학적 소견을 보고한다.조영전CT스캔에서 높은 감약계수를 보였으
나,조영후CT스캔에서 조영증강되지 않는 낭성종괴로 나타났고,조직학적 검사에서 점액을 분
비하는 기관지원성낭종으로 확진되었다.
Developmental foregut cysts, whether bronchogenic, esophageal, gastroenteric or pericardial, are frequently encountered in the mediastinum, and are also occasionally found in the upper abdomen, where they can mimic adrenal, pancreatic, renal or
gastric
masses. We present the computed tomographic (CT) and histologic findings of an intramuscular bronchogenic cyst of the gastric body, mimicking a retroperitoneal cystic mass. CT scanning demonstrated the presence of a relatively hyperattenuating
cystic
mass without enhancement. Histologic examination revealed a bronchogenic cyst secreting mucoid materials.
