Abstract
염증성 가성종양은 염증 세포와 섬유성 간질로 이루어진 드문 양성 질환으로 여러 장기에서
보고 되었다.그러나 비장에 생기는 경우는 매우 드물다.저자들은 병리조직학적으로 증명된 비
장에 생긴 염증성 가성종양 1예를 경험하였기에 나선상 전산화 단층 촬영의 소견을 보고하고
자 한다.CT에서 종괴의 주변부와 내부 격막은 지연 조영증강을 보이고,중심부는 조영되지 않
는 성상의 저음영으로 관찰되었다.
Inflammatory pseudotumor is a rare benign lesion consisting of inflammatory cells and fibroblastic stroma, and is reported to have occurred. in various organs. Splenic involvement, however, is extremely rare. We report the spiral CT findings of
pathologically proven inflammatory pseudotumor of the spleen. The CT scan shows delayed enhancement with central, stellate, low attenuation.
