Abstract
Legg-Calve-Perthes(LCP)질환에서 골간단의 낭종은 흔하게 관찰되는 소견으로서 낭종이
발생한 후 6개월에서 1년 사이에 대개 소실된다.골간단 낭종의 자기공명영상 소견에 관해서
는 몇몇 보고가 있었으나 자기공명영상으로 연속적인 추적 검사에 관한 보고는 없었다.이에
저자들은 자기공명영상을 이용하여 1개월 간격으로 골간단의 낭종을 연속적인 추적검사를 하
여 낭종의 치유과정을 경험하여 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고한다.
Metaphyseal cysts are common findings in Legg-Calv Perthes(LCP) disease, though usually disappear within
6 -12 months. Several studies have described the MR imaging findings of these cysts, though serial MRI find-ings
have not been documented. In this report, therefore, we report the serial MRI results of metaphyseal cyst
in LCP patients.
