Abstract

The effects of methoprene, juvenile hormone analogue, protein contents and patternes of 6th larval stages in the gypsy moth, Lymantria dispar were studied.
Methoprene has been shown to effects of protein in the hemolymph both topical and ingestion treatment group. Protein contents of the topical treatment group were lower than those of the control group, but ingestion groups were increased. In male, protein concentrations were higher than those on the female. For significance level 10%(p<0.1), there exist difference control and methoprene treatment group in female.
Protein patterns make a differences between control and methoprene treatment group.
