Abstract
In this thesis, I looked about Kim Kwang-Sup´s life and his poetical activities, I studied the characteristics on his poetry in early days.
In result, I reached the conclusion that he is to be estimated as the resistent poet as Han Woung-Un, Lee Sang-Hwa, Lee Yuk-Sa, Yun Dong-Ju under the Japanese control because his activities and poetical world accorded with the concept of the resistent literature.
Also, his characteristics of poetry in early days are as follows
1. Suggestive resistance
2. The unification of idea and lyricism
3. The particularity of the subject matters.
