안경광학과 학생들의 삶의 척도(요소)에 관한 연구

Abstract
목적:본 연구는 안경광학과 학생들의 신체, 정신건강 및 주관적 안녕에 관한 요인을 분석하여 학생 진로지도 및 생활지도에 차별성 있는 도움을 주고자한다.
방법:본 연구는 삶의 척도에 대한 선행 연구를 기반으로 측정한 도구를 사용하여 충청지역 안경광학과 학생 203명을 대상으로 삶의 척도를 설문하여 분석하였다. 모든 통계를 SPSS 18.0을 사용하였고 유의수준은 p＜0.050로 처리하였다.
결과:안경광학과 학생들 중 삶의 의미 척도는 4학년이 4.81, 남성이 4.76, 종교가 ‘있다’ 그룹이 4.80으로 나타났다. 삶의 만족 척도는 학업수준 중 ‘매우 잘한다’ 그룹이 3.40, 경제수준에 따라서는 ‘매우 좋다’ 그룹이 4.05로 나타났다.
결론:안경광학과 학생들은 4학년, 남성, ‘종교 있음’ 그룹이 삶의 척도가 높게 나타났으며 학업수준 중 ‘매우 잘한다’, 경제 수준 중 ‘매우 좋다’ 그룹이 삶의 척도를 낮게 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 일반적으로 학업수준과 경제수준의 정도와 삶의 만족도는 비례할 것으로 예측하지만 본 연구 결과에서는 반비례 결과로 조사된 바, 학업수준이 높거나 경제수준이 높은 학생들의 상담 시 이러한 점을 감안하여할 것으로 사료된다.
Purpose : This study for ophthalmic optics students is to analyze the student's physical and mental health and subjective well-being and provide more differentiated help to student life and career guidance.
Methods : This study surveyed and analyzed 203 students of optometry in Chungcheong province, using tools measured on the basis of prior research on measure in life. All statistics were treated with a importance level of p＜0.050, using SPSS 18.0.
Results : The semantic scale of life for Ophthalmic Optics students was 4.81 for 4th grade, 4.76 for male, and 4.80 for the group with a religion. The satisfaction level of life was 3.40 in the ‘very good’ group of the academic level, and 4.05 in the ‘very good’ group according to the economic level.
Conclusion : In the ophthalmic optics students the fourth grade male and religious groups had high measures of meaning in life, while the students of the academic level ‘very good’ and economic level ‘very good’ had low measures of satisfaction in life. In general, it is predicted that the academic level and the degree of economic level and measures of satisfaction in life are proportional to each other. It is thought that these points will be taken into account.
