Abstract

¸ñÀû : Çѱ¹ ¼ºÀο¡¼­ ¼ºº°°ú ¿¬·É¿¡ µû¸¥ Àü¾ÈºÎ °èÃøÄ¡(Àü¹æ±íÀÌ¿Í Àü¹æ°¢)¸¦ Æò°¡ÇÏ°íÀÚ ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

¹æ¹ý : Æò±Õ ¿¬·É 35.38¡¾15.75(20¡­68)¼¼ÀÇ 92¸í 160¾ÈÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ȸÀü »þÀÓÇ÷¯±× Ä«¸Þ¶ó(Pentacam,Oculus, Wetzlar, German)¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ¾È±¸ Àü¾ÈºÎ¸¦ ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÃÔ¿µµÈ »þÀÓÇ÷¯±× À̹ÌÁö¿¡¼­ Àü¹æ±íÀÌ¿Í Àü¹æ°¢ÀÇ Æò±Õ°ª°ú ³× ÁöÁ¡(»óÃø, ÇÏÃø, ÄÚÃø, ±×¸®°í ±ÍÃø)¿¡¼­ÀÇ ¹æÇ⺰ ÃøÁ¤°ªÀ» Æò°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

Àü¹æ°¢Àº Æò±Õ 36.44¡¾6.76¡Æ·Î ¿¬·ÉÀÌ Áõ°¡ÇÒ¼ö·Ï Àü¹æ°¢ÀÌ Á¼¾ÆÁ³´Ù. »óÃø(34.23¡¾7.52¡Æ)°ú ÇÏÃø(33.27¡¾6.76¡Æ)Àº ÄÚÃø(38.28¡¾7.28¡Æ)°ú ±ÍÃø(39.98¡¾7.13¡Æ)º¸´Ù Åë°èÀûÀ¸·Î À¯ÀÇÇÏ°Ô Á¼Àº Àü¹æ°¢À» º¸¿´À¸¸ç, 4¹æÇâ¿¡¼­ ¸ðµÎ 20´ë¿¡¼­ 60´ë·Î °¥¼ö·Ï Á¡Â÷ Àü¹æ°¢ÀÌ Á¼¾ÆÁ³´Ù.

°á·Ð : ¿¬·ÉÀÌ Áõ°¡ÇÔ¿¡ µû¶ó Àü¹æ±íÀÌ´Â ¾è¾ÆÁö°í Àü¹æ°¢Àº Á¼¾ÆÁ³À¸¸ç, ¿¬·ÉÁõ°¡¿¡ µû¸¥ ¹æÇ⺰ °¨¼ÒÀÇ °æÇâÀÌ ´Ù¸£°Ô ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù.

Purpose : To evaluate the anterior segment parameters (anterior chamber depth: ACD and anterior chamber angle: ACA) according to sex and age in Korean adults.

Methods : The average age of the 92 subjects(160 eyes) was 35.38¡¾15.75(20¡­68) years old. The anterior segment parameters was measured by a rotating Scheimpflug camera(Pentacam, Oculus, Wetzlar, German). The ACD and ACA at 4 quadrants(superior, inferior, nasal and temporal) were measured and their averages were evaluated.

Results : The total ACD was 2.97¡¾0.39 mm in average. As the age increased, the ACD became shallower. The ACD for the nasal(1.87¡¾0.39 mm) and the superior(1.85¡¾0.39 mm) showed the significantly shallow depth than the ones for temporal(2.29¡¾0.40 mm) and inferior (2.20¡¾0.41 mm). In all 4 quadrants, the ACD gradually became shallower as the age increased 20s to 60s. The total ACA was 36.44¡¾6.76¡Æin average. As the age increased, the ACA became narrower. The ACA for superior(34.23¡¾7.52¡Æ) and inferior(33.27¡¾6.76¡Æ) showed the significantly narrow angle than the ones for the nasal(38.28¡¾7.28¡Æ) and temporal (39.98¡¾7.13¡Æ). In all 4 quadrants, the ACA gradually became narrower as the age increased 20s to 60s.

Conclusion : As the age increases, the ACD and ACA become shallow and narrow but the decreases for 4 quadrants appeared different in tendency.
