Abstract

¸ñÀû : º» ¿¬±¸¿¡¼­´Â 40¼¼ ÀÌ»ó Çѱ¹ ¼ºÀο¡¼­ ³ªÀÌ°ü·ÃȲ¹Ýº¯¼º¿¡ µû¸¥ ½ÉÇ÷°ü°èÁúȯÀÇ À§Çè¿äÀÎÀ» ¾Ë¾Æº¸°íÀÚ ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

¹æ¹ý : ±¹¹Î°Ç°­¿µ¾çÁ¶»ç Á¦7±â 2017³â Á¶»ç´ë»óÀÚÀÇ °Ç°­¼³¹®Á¶»ç¿Í ¾È°ú °ËÁøÀ» ¹ÞÀº 40¼¼ ÀÌ»óÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ³ªÀÌ°ü·ÃȲ¹Ýº¯¼º°ú °ü·Ã ÀÖ´Â ½ÉÇ÷°ü°èÁúȯ ¹× ¼ºº°°ú ³ªÀÌ, üÁú·®Áö¼ö, »çȸÇÐÀû ¿äÀÎÀÎ ¿ùÆò±Õ °¡±¸¼Òµæ, ±³À°, ÇöÀçÈí¿¬À², ¿ù°£À½ÁÖÀ²À» º¸Á¤ÇÏ¿© ·ÎÁö½ºÆ½ ȸ±ÍºÐ¼®À» ¼öÇàÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç À¯ÀǼöÁØÀº 0.050 ¹Ì¸¸À¸·Î ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú : 40¼¼ ÀÌ»ó ³ªÀÌ°ü·ÃȲ¹Ýº¯¼º À¯º´·üÀº ³²ÀÚ 7.23%, ¿©ÀÚ 7.94%¿´´Ù. ³ªÀÌ°ü·ÃȲ¹Ýº¯¼º¿¡ ´ëÇؼ­ ³ªÀÌ(OR=1.050, p£¼0.001), ¼ºº°(OR=0.693, p=0.024), ³úÁ¹Áß(OR=0.353, p=0.004), ½É±Ù°æ»ö(OR=2.033, p=0.032)Àº À¯ÀÇÇÏ¿´´Ù. BMI(OR=1.008, p=0.626), °¡±¸¼Òµæ(OR=1.000, p=0.296), ±³À°¼öÁØ(OR=0.927, p=0.181), Èí¿¬À²(OR=0.873, p=0.397), À½ÁÖÀ²(OR=0.922, p=0.489), °íÇ÷¾Ð(OR=0.981, p=0.872), Çù½ÉÁõÀº(OR=0.732,p=0.357) À¯ÀÇÇÏÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù.

°á·Ð : ³ªÀÌ°ü·ÃȲ¹Ýº¯¼º°ú ½ÉÇ÷°ü°èÁúȯ°úÀÇ °ü°è¿¡¼­ »çȸÇÐÀûÀÎ ¿äÀÎÀ» º¸Á¤ÇÑ ÈÄ Åë°èÀûÀ¸·Î À¯ÀÇÇÑ °ü·Ã¼ºÀº ³ªÀÌ¿Í ¼ºº°, ³úÁ¹Áß, ½É±Ù°æ»öÀÌ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù.

Purpose : This study was to investigate the risk factors of age-related macular degeneration according to cardiovascular diseases in Korean adults over 40 years of age.

Methods : National Health and Nutrition Survey the 7th 2017 survey of Health Surveys and ophthalmology examination for subjects age-related macular degeneration related cardiovascular diseases, sex, age, body mass index, and sociological factors logistic regression analysis was performed by correcting household income, education, current smoking rate, and monthly drinking rate, and the significance level was less than 0.050.

Results : The prevalence of age-related macular degeneration over the age of 40 was 7.23% for men and 7.94% for women. For age-related macular degeneration, age(OR=1.050, p£¼0.001), sex(OR=0.693, p=0.024), stroke(OR=0.353, p=0.004), and myocardial infarction(OR=2.033, p=0.032) was significant. BMI(OR=1.008, p=0.626), household income(OR=1.000, p=0.296), education level (OR=0.927, p=0.181), smoking rate(OR=0.873, p=0.397), drinking rate(OR=0.922, p=0.489), hypertension(OR=0.981, p=0.872), and angina pectoris(OR=0.732, p=0.357) were not significant.

Conclusion : After correcting sociological factors in the relationship between age-related macular degeneration and cardiovascular diseases, statistically significant relationships were identified with age, sex, stroke, and myocardial infarction.
