Abstract
요 약
저자는 건강한 20∼30세의 찬국인 남녀 각자 100에에서 말초현액상의 가 항목에 관하여
Coulter Count Model S-Plus Ⅱ로 측정하고 통계적으로 처리하여 다음과 같이 요약하였다.
1) 총 적혈구수의 평균과 그 정상범위는 남자가 500×104/㎣ 및 430×104∼570×104/㎣, 여자가 428×104/㎣ 및 370×104∼480×104/㎣였다.
2) 혈색소의 평균과 그 범위는 남자가 15.2g/dl 및 13∼17g/dl, 여자가 12.1g/dl 및 11∼
14g/dl였다.
3) 혈구용적의 평균과 그 범위는 남자가 46.3% 및 40∼52%, 여자가 38.2% 및 34∼43%였
다.
4) MCV의 평균과 그 범위는 남자가 92.8㎛3> 및 85∼98㎛3였
고, 여자가 89.4㎛3 및 85-94㎛3였다.
5) MCH의 평균과 그 범위는 남자가 30.7pg 및 27∼33pg 였고 여자가 28.4pg 및 27∼
33pg였다.
6) MCHC의 평균과 그 범위는 남자가 33g/dl 및 32∼34g/dl 였고, 여자가 31.7g/dl 및 30∼33g/dl 였다.
7) 총 백혈구수의 평균과 그 범위는 남자가 6,100/㎣ 및 4,500∼8,000㎣였고, 여자가 6,193
㎣ 및 4,500∼8,000㎣였다.
8) 총 혈소판수의 평균과 그 범위는 남자가 31.5×104/㎣ 및 20×
104∼42×104/㎣였고, 여자가 33.6×104/㎣ 및 18
×104∼44×104/㎣였다.
9) RDW의 평균과 그 범위는 남자가 12.7% 및 11.5∼14%였고, 여자가 12.9% 및 11.5∼
15%였다.
#초록#
The author carried out this study to measure routine hematologic items in 200 cased
of healthy Korean adult male and female of 20∼30 year-old group using Coulter Count
Model S-Plus Ⅱ. The blood samples were obtained from the anterior cubital veins of
the adult persons in Pusan National University Hospital and In Je Medical College
Pusan Paik Hospital duration of the periods from Jan. to August 1983. The data was
analysed by Parametric and non-Parametric methods to estimate normal values of the
tiers observed.
The results thus obtained were summerized as follows :
1) The mean and normal ranges of the total RBC count of male were 50×104/㎣ and 40×104∼570×104/㎣ and those of
female were 428×104/㎣ and 370×104∼480××104/㎣ , respectively.
2) The mean and normal ranges of hemoglobin of male were 15.2g/dl and 13∼17g/dl,
and those of female were 12.1g/dl, and 11∼14g/dl, respectively.
3) The mean and normal ranges of hematocrit of male were 46.3% and 40∼52%, and
those of female were 38.2% and 34∼43%, respectively.
4) The mean and normal ranges of MCV of male were 92.8㎛3 and 95∼
98㎛3 and those of female were 89.4㎛3 and 85∼94㎛
3, respectively.
5) The mean and normal ranges of MCH of male were 30.7 pg and 27∼39pg and
those of female were 28.4 pg and 27∼33 pg, respectively.
6) The mean and normal ranges of MCHC of male were 33gm/41 and 32 ∼34gm161,
and those of female were 31.7gm/dl and 30∼33gm/dl, respectively.
7) The mean an4 normal ranges o( total WBC count of male were 6,100/㎣ and 4,50
0∼8,000/㎣, and those of female were 6,103/㎣ and 4,500∼8,700/㎣, respectively.
8) The mean and normal ranges of total platelet count of male were 31×
104/㎣ and 20×104∼42×104/㎣ , and those of female were 33.6×104/㎣ and 18×104∼44×104/
㎣, respectively.
9) The mean and normal ranges of red cell distribution width of male were 12.7% and
11.5∼14%, and those of female were 12.9% and 11.5∼15%, respectively.
