Abstract
에크린 선단나선종은 한선의 도관 상피세포에서 발생하는 종양으로 1969년 Johnson과
Helwig가 처음 문헌에 발표하였다. 특히 악성 에크린 선단나선종은 현재까지 아주 적은 수
가 보고되어 있고 우리 나라에서는 아직 보고된 예가 없다. 이 종양은 최근까지 매우 다양
한 이름으로 불리어지고 있는데, Cooper는 이들 사이에는 서로 중복되거나 거의 같은 현미
경적 소견을 보이므로 같은 질환군, 즉 악성 에크린 선단나선종으로 진단하는 것이 적절하
다고 하였다. 저자들은 양성 에크린 선단나선종에서 악성 종양으로 전환된 것으로 보이는
악성 에크린 선단나선종 1예를 경험하였기에 국내 첫 증례로 생각되어 문헌 고찰과 함께 보
고하는 바이다.

A case of malignant eccrine acrospiroma of the anterior chest wall is reported. This
mass had been Present for 20 clears and during rescent 5 years it showed frequent
ulceration and bleeding suggesting malignant transformation. Microscopically, several foci
of malignant transformation from preexisting benign eccrine acrospiroma are seen and in
immunohistochemical staining, the tumor cells both benign and malignant Portion, show
