Abstract


This study was carried out t o investigate the hematological status during aerobic dance training. The subjects consisted of 8 middle-aged female who had been trained for 30 minutes a day and 6 times a week more than 6 months.
The blood samples were collected 4 ml from the antecubital vein of each subject and analyzed for 5 items.
The results obtained were as follows ;
1. Hct & Hb Showed a tendancy t o decrease.
2. Serum total cholesterol level was within normal limit.
3. No significant changes in blood level of SGOP & SGfT was found.
