Abstract


This study attempts to find out the original resolution of the difficulties of the students through the group process.
To college students are wanting in self-assert skill of social skill(Kim, 1992).
To carry out the aim of this study, a definition of group, review of group theory and type of group program, at same time, considerations, several social skill were discussed.
For the effective achievement of this aim, first of all, group leaders must follow up on their effort. The next, administrator¢¥s support. Last, the activation of student guidance center and circle activity.
