Abstract
Hereditary multiple osteochondromatosis is an inherited disorder transmitted as an au-tosomal dominant trait. Bone deformity is the most common complication in this disease. Other complication includes entrapment neuropathy around the osteochondroma. We report a 19-year-old boy with hereditary multiple osteochondromatosis, presenti-ng with chronic radial and spinal accessory neuropathies.
